This 8-day pilgrimage will take you to the heart of Christian history, exploring the key places connected to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. You'll journey through Galilee, experience the peacefulness of the Sea of Galilee, and explore the historic streets of Jerusalem.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tel Aviv & Transfer to Nazareth - Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport; meet your guide, and transfer to Nazareth, the childhood of Jesus. Check into your hotel.
Day 2: Nazareth & Sea of Galilee - Visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, Mary's Well, and explore the Sea of Galilee. Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, visiting Capernaum and Tabgha.
Day 3: Jordan River & Mount Tabor - Journey North - Baptismal site at the Jordan River. Ascend Mount Tabor for panoramic views. In the afternoon, we begin our journey North, connecting with the hospitality of עמים וטעמים.
Day 4: Galilee - Druze Hospitality & Culinary Workshop - Immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to a Druze village in the Galilee, facilitated by עמים וטעמים. Enjoy a traditional Druze lunch and participate in a hands-on cooking workshop, learning to prepare authentic Galilean dishes. Experience the warmth and welcoming spirit of Druze hospitality.
Day 5: Travel to Jerusalem - Scenic drive to Jerusalem. Check into your hotel and enjoy a welcome dinner.
Day 6: Jerusalem Old City - Explore the Old City of Jerusalem, including the Via Dolorosa, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Western Wall.
Day 7: Bethlehem & Shepherd's Field - Visit Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus, and the Shepherd's Field.
Day 8: Mount of Olives & Garden of Gethsemane - Departure - Explore the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Church of All Nations. Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for your departure flight.
